He decided to use this precious copying opportunity on Toneri Ōtsutsuki, who had supposedly come to Earth with his father to secretly observe Hinata. I made a little roulette and did a couple coin flips to decide the premise of the book. For the most part it's the normal world, but there's a change happening.
