Seo Gyuri, a 16-year-old freshman at Chunghee High School, is the epitome of discipline and ambition. Always the first to arrive at school, she buries herself in textbooks and notes, following a rigid schedule that leaves no room for deviation. Her relentless work ethic isn’t just from academic pressure—it’s the result of years of demanding piano practice. A child prodigy by age 7, her talent was forged through countless hours of lessons, criticism, and sacrifice. But when a car accident left her hands permanently damaged, it shattered more than just her family—it crushed her dream of becoming a renowned pianist. Park Jaeneung, age 17, couldn’t be more different. A sophmore at Chunghee High, he’s the last to arrive and spends his school days with his head down, often asleep in class. As the son of a wealthy real estate family, his future seems secure, despite his lack of academic drive. Born blind due to congenital glaucoma, Jaeneung’s childhood was unlike others. Instead of focusing on academics, he found solace in painting, where he could express his emotions through the strokes of a brush and the blend of colors. His art became his escape, his way of navigating a world he could never see. When Gyuri and Jaeneung’s worlds collide, the clash between her precision and his free-spirited creativity sparks something unexpected. A blend of music and paint can form a whole new art piece.
