As I'm jumping around, I hear Momo and Jiro screaming the entire time. I fly through the air for a while before being greeted by a gust of wind. The gust of wind was strong enough to slightly push me back.
That must be All Might, I think to myself as I land on the ground. I run in the direction that the gust of wind came from. As I get closer and closer, the gusts of wind pick up in intensity.
"Izuku, we need to have a discussion about the proper way to treat a lady…." Momo says.
"Sorry Momo" I say to her as I continue running.
"Sorry my butt. Midoriya, I'm gonna kick your ass for this!" Jiro yells out as she is bouncing around, due to being manhandled. I smile sheepishly and just shake my head. Suddenly the gusts of wind die down and I move to the area they originated from.
Once we arrive we are shocked by what we see. All Might, the Symbol of Peace, looks as if he tried to perform a suplex on that creature named Nomu. The only problem was… that Kurogiri created a portal on the ground, right where Nomu was going to get slammed.
The other end of the portal came out below All Might. Nomu came out of it and embedded his claws into All Might. All Might is sitting there, trapped by Nomu's claws. He is futilely attempting to pry Nomu's claw out of his side, where his old wound is located.
"Let go!" All Might yells out as he puts some force into Nomu's claw.
"It's no use All Might. Nomu here, was engineered to kill you" Shigaraki says.
"Engineered?" All Might asks, but then coughs. Looking at his face he has some blood running down from his mouth.
I turn to Momo and ask "Momo can you make some anchors for you and Jiro?"
"Yeah I can, but what about you" Momo asks me.
"I won't need them" I say "All Might needs some help and I might be able to help.
Momo frowns for a while before whispering "be careful."
"I will" I say.
Momo creates some anchors and attaches them to the ground. She also creates 2 harnesses and rope and connects them to each other, before putting them on.
"You're not so great anymore, are you... All Might?" Shigaraki asks "Where is the great Symbol of Peace now?" Shigaraki slowly walks towards All Might with his hand outstretched. "You're getting weak aren't you All might?" Shigaraki asks.
"Stay here" I say to the two of them before jumping at Shigaraki. As I get close, I punch him in the face, which sends him flying several feet through the air. The hand covering up Shigaraki's face falls off in mid air.
Moments later Shigaraki crashes to the ground and skids to a stop. He lies there for some time before saying "that hurt… you know?" Shigaraki slowly stands up with blood running down from the side of his head.
After getting up he suddenly looks very unsettled and yells out "Where is it?! Where is it?! Dammit!" while looking around for something. After a few moments of looking around he finds it saying "Ah! There you are…."
Shigaraki slowly walks over to where the hand landed and picks it up. He carefully places it back on his face and says "Ah….. that's much better. Now... who do we have here?" as he looks at me once more.
I stare back at him and yell out "Leave All Might alone! I'm not going to let you kill him!"
"A young Hero in the making…" Shigaraki says "You make me sick."
"I'm not the one going around to try to kill people, just because!" I yell out at Shigaraki.
"No, but you are doing what every other… Hero does. You're relying on violence to solve the problem you see before you" Shigaraki says.
"You're a Villain, you expect me to ask you to turn yourself in and think you'll actually do it?" I ask him.
Shigaraki sighs and says "It's so hypocritical of you Heroes. Thinking that just because we are Villains, you can do whatever you want to us. Where do you guys get off, deciding who is right and who is wrong."
"You are trying to kill All Might, someone who brings hope to many people. That is wrong, so I will stop you. No matter what!" I yell out as I jump at him once more.
"You won't surprise me a second time. Kurogiri, a little help here" Shigaraki says. A portal appears right in front of Shigaraki, which he thrusts his hand into. I don't get the chance to speculate where it goes, because a portal appears right in front of me and a hand stretches out from it.
Shigaraki's hand grasps on my head and his Quirk activates. I scream out in pain as his Quirk slowly destroys the skin on my head. I grab his arm trying to put some strength into my arms, but I can't focus with all the pain I'm feeling.
No more than two seconds later, my eyes glow sliver momentarily before I hear a second scream. That scream came from Shigaraki and he released me and let me fall to the ground. I clutch my head and feel the skin on my face slowly start to heal.
Looking up, I see Shigaraki clutching his arm and he is gritting his teeth, to bite back the pain. His arm has cracks in it, running up and down it. Dead skin falls away, revealing the red muscles to the naked eye. Huh… isn't that how the victims of his Quirk look after he uses it on them, I think to myself.
"What the hell was that!? What are you!?" he yells out.
I grit my teeth and continue thinking, is this another function of my Quirk?
Shigaraki seems to lose his patience as he yells out "Kurogiri! Kill both of them!"
"Normally, I wouldn't want blood and viscera flooding the inside of my warp gates… but i'll make an exception for a Hero as great as you, All Might" Kurogiri says. I look over at All Might and notice Nomu and him sinking into the portal below him.
"Since you're too fast to see with the human eye, Nomu had to restrain you. Once he has pulled your body halfway through, I'll squeeze the gate shut" Kurogiri says as All Might sinks more.
"I'm going to enjoy tearing you to pieces" Kurogiri continues as All Might struggles more. Kurogiri moves in front of me and says "and you… you'll enjoy the same fate as the great Symbol of Peace. Be honored, it is your lucky day…"
I slowly stand up, holding a hand to my head as I look at Kurogiri. Before either of us act against the other I hear "Get the hell out of the way Deku!"
That sounds like Kacchan, I think to myself as I duck. A moment later, an explosion occurs in the space I occupied previously. As the smoke clears, I see Kacchan grabbing Kurogiri by his neck armor and slamming him into the ground.
I also hear crackling sounds coming from the side. I turn to look and see a ice trail moving in the direction of All Might and Nomu. As it reaches Nomu, it crawls up one of his legs and encompasses one side of his body. Todoroki is here…... good, I think to myself.
"You were right Midoriya" Todoroki says "One of their poorly trained thugs confirmed that they seem… to have a way to kill All Might. I assume that… thing is it."
"That's right, Todoroki" I say to him. All Might takes the opportunity to pry Nomu's claws out of him and he jumps away from Nomu. When he lands, I see him gritting his teeth and holding his side. There is a decent amount of blood coming out of that spot and staining his shirt.
"All Might, you alright?" I ask him.
"I'll be fine, young Midoriya" All Might says roughly.
I hear someone roar and look over to see Kirishima jumping at Shigaraki. Kirishima attempts to hit Shigaraki, but Shigaraki moves away and stays away from us.
"Damn, that was gonna be cool" Kirishima says as he backs up.
"Guess I found your body that time, you smokey bastard!" Kacchan yells out as he presses Kurogiri down.
"The Symbol of Peace will not be defeated by delinquents like you" Todoroki says.
"Thanks for the save Kacchan and thanks for the back up guys" I say as I look between Kurogiri and Shigaraki.
Shigaraki seems to also be looking between Kurogiri and myself for some time. Finally he says "Kurogiri…. How could you let this brat get the drop on you? You've gotten us into a real jam here..."
Kacchan scoffs and says "You got careless, you dumb Villain. It wasn't hard to figure you out. Only certain parts of you turn into that smoking warp gate. You used that mist to hide your actual body as a kind of distraction, thinking that made you safe."
"That's why we missed…. But if you didn't have a body, you wouldn't be wearing this neck armor right? Your not immune to physical attacks if they're well aimed" Kacchan says.
Kurogiri groans and tries to free himself, but Kacchan lets out a mini explosion on Kurogiri's neck armor. "Don't move!" Kacchan yells out "You try anything funny and I'll blow your ass up so bad, that they'll be piecing you back together for weeks!"
"Whoa… that doesn't sound very Heroic" Kirishima says.
"Trust me… he's fierce, but means well" I say correcting Kirishima.
"What was that, Deku!?" Kacchan yells out as he turns to me.
"They escaped uninjured and captured my two strongest men… kids these days really are amazing…" Shigaraki says to himself. "They make the League of Villains look like amateurs… can't have that…" Shigaraki says as he turns to Nomu.
"Nomu…" Shigaraki calls to him, which Nomu answers by screeching a little bit. Nomu starts disappearing into the portal and appears completely out of the other one. As he tries to stand, the side of his body encased in ice breaks.
"Stay back, everybody" All Might says as he moves in front of us.
The last amount of ice on Nomu's body shatters revealing red muscle underneath that's writhing. It rapidly grows and starts to form his arm and leg without the skin on it.
"What is this?" All Might asks "I thought you said his Quirk was shock absorption?"
"I didn't say that was his only Quirk. He also has super regeneration" Shigaraki explains. "Nomu has been engineered to take you on, even at 100% of your power. He's basically a highly efficient punching bag that his back."
The skin on Nomu's new arm and leg finish regenerating and form skin. "First we need to free our method of escape, get him Nomu" Shigaraki orders, which causes Nomu to rush at Kacchan.
I push Full Cowling to 50% and push Kacchan out of the way. I turn to see Nomu bearing down on me, throwing a punch at me. As it was about to connect, I feel someone push me out of the way. A gust of wind kicks up a dust cloud as I fly towards the other students.
When I land, I look around to see Kacchan right behind me. "Thanks for that, Deku…" Kacchan says.
"It wasn't all me Kacchan" I say looking over as the dust cloud fades and I see two deep lines in the pavement.
"Then how'd you two get over here?" Kirishima asks.
"All Might" I say as I point towards another dust cloud, at the end of the tracks. The dust cloud dissipates revealing All Might in a defense position.
All Might coughs a little before yelling "These are kids and you didn't hold back!?"
"I didn't have much choice, he was threatening my companion. Besides these kids are no angels…. You see the blood dripping from my head" Shigaraki says pointing at his head.
"The plain looking one, punched me so hard that I might have brain damage now. What kind of Hero does something like that? The two of you are quite alike, you think you can get away with being as violent as you want if you say it's for the sake of others" Shigaraki says.
"Well you know what? That pisses me off. Why do people like you get to decide that some violent acts are Heroic, while others are Villainous? Casting judgement as to what's good and what's evil….."
"You think your the Symbol of Peace?" Shigaraki says and then laughs for a bit. "You're just another government paid instrument of violence….. and violence always begets more violence. I'll make sure the world understands that, once your dead."
"You're nothing but a lunatic. Criminals like you always try to make your actions sound noble, but admit it…. You're only doing this, because you like it. Isn't that right?" All Might asks.
Shigaraki is silent, just standing there refusing to answer.
"We've got them outnumbered" Todoroki says.
"Kacchan has Kurogiri's weakness" I say.
"These guys may act really tough, but we can take down now with All Might's help. Let' do this" Kirishima says.
"Don't attack" All Might says while walking towards Nomu. "Get out of here."
"You would've been in trouble earlier if it weren't for Midoriya and I, remember?" Todoroki says. "You need our help."
"I thank you for your assistance, but this is different" All Might says. "It's gonna be alright. Just sit back and watch a Pro at work."
"All Might, you're hurt… badly…." I say, to which he thrusts out his arm to his side and flashes a thumbs up.
"Nomu… kill him" Shigaraki orders. "Kurogiri… and I will deal with the children. Let's clear this level and go home." Shigaraki runs at us and Kurogiri isn't far behind.
"Heads up, we're fighting afterall" Kirishima says.
Shigaraki doesn't get very close, because All Might and Nomu rush at each other and start exchanging blows. Each blow from All Might and Nomu sends powerful gusts of wind that blow us all backwards several feet.
"Weren't you listening earlier? One of his Quirks is shock absorption" Shigaraki says as he lands.
"Yeah? What about it?" All Might asks as he continues to punch Nomu. The punches thrown between the two of them start to become difficult to see, due to the speed at which they are fighting.
"Go All Might, you can do it!" I yell out, knowing he can do it.
"Whoa they're... so fast" Kirishima says as another gust of wind knocks us back.
"No! I can't get near them" Kurogiri yells out.
"He said your Quirk was only shock absorption, not nullification. That means there's a limit to what you can take!" All Might yells out as he continues to punch Nomu at insane speeds. Nomu is slowly getting pushed back as he takes more and more punches.
"So, you were made to fight me?" All Might asks. "If you can really withstand me 100% of my power…. Then i'll have to go beyond that and force you to surrender!"
Nomu screeches as one of All Might's punches sends him flying. All Might jumps after him and Nomu jumps after getting up, to meet him.
"A real Hero" All Might says as he throws Nomu to the ground and then kicks Nomu's face, while using it like a snowboard. "Will always find a way for justice to be served."
Nomu throws him off up into the air and jumps after him. All Might is prepared and grabs his arm once more. All Might spins in the air several times until he is spinning fast enough that they are just a blur and then releases Nomu. Nomu shoots off like a bullet for the ground and upon impact creates a giant crater.
The impact throws us off our feet and we see All Might land right in front of Nomu, who bounced back up slightly from the impact.
"Now for a lesson. You may have heard these words before, but i'll teach you what they really mean." All Might draws his fist back and gathers all the power in his body before yelling out "Go beyond…. Plus… Ultra!" as he punches Nomu in the stomach, catapulting him through the air.
Nomu shoots through the air towards the roof and collides with it, causing an explosion. As the smoke from the explosion clears, a clear whole letting in sunlight is revealed with no sign of Nomu.
"That was like the finishing move in a video game" Kirishima says looking at the hole in awe. "He beat the shock absorption right out of him. I've never seen brute strength like that."
"It won't be the first time we see it either" Kacchan says as he is looking at me. "He must of been punching that monster so fast, he couldn't regenerate."
"I really have gotten weaker. Back in my hayday.. Five hits would've been enough to knock that guy out" All Might says as he cough out a little blood. He presses his fist against his chest and says "but today.. It more than two hundred mighty blows."
Smoke starts to come off of All Might's body, signaling the end of his time in his Hero form. All Might turns to Shigaraki and says "You've been bested Villains. Surrender, we all want to get this over with quickly."
Shigaraki is quite mad as he scratches his neck with both of his hand ferociously.
