"What just happened??" I thought to myself.
"One minute we had dinner, then we were passionately kissing and now he's spending the night?! How did it happen so fast..."
What a time to remember... my first sleep over in the dorm and Jackson's here with me... What is going on Here now. the thoughts are all endless. My mind is running a thousand miles per minute.
I listen as I hear Jackson turn on the shower.....
I smiled...
"What am I doing?...Why am I smiling..." I thought.. but deep down.. I couldn't help it because I feel like with him and doing simple tasks as what we do.. dinner.. kiss... shower... bed... sounds like a nice, quiet life of everyday living with the man I love. This could be what it's like in the future...
Lost in daydream.. I didn't notice Jackson have already gotten out of the bathroom.
Jackson: "Okay babe. All done. You're turn." Jackson smiled.
Lost in thoughts, I quickly ran past him to the bathroom.. my heart still running like it's going to burst out of my chest.
Turning the water on, I couldn't help but feel embarrassed as I feel the water running down my face.. I must be as red as a tomato right now! I need to cool off. It's going to be fine. Couples spend the night together all the time. It's fine. I need to stop overthinking!!
I finished showering but was nervous of how messy my hair might look. Ughh! Do I look okay? I grabbed my towel to dry my hair as fast as I could before walking down the hall to my room.
Upon entering my room, I saw Jackson standing and looking around my room, with a smile on his face..
"Oh no.." I thought.. Am I too nerdy or too neat for this guy?... Is he judging me.....? Wait.. why does it matter? This is the guy who I use to bash on whenever he picked on me.. Why am I so nervous? It's just... Jackson...
Me: "What are you doing?" I asked.
Jackson smiled.
Jackson: "Nothing. You're just cute and it shows."
I rolled my eyes and smiled. "Whatever.." I said.
Jackson: "So... your bed is Quite big..
Nervous, knowing Jackson was joking because it was a twin's size bed.. I sat down..
Me: "Haha, well you know it's only meant for 1 person after all."
"Well, we COULD be one person.. *I leaned in towards her* if you want to sleep on top of me." Jackson joked.
My cheeks burned out of embarrassment. Did he really just say that. OMG.. My first reaction was grabbed my pillow and hitting his face with it.
"You're crazy!." I said, as I looked away.
Jackson: "Hahah, just a thought. But how about this. I'll sleep on the ground since I'm your guest."
Me: "Since you're my guest, how about you sleep on the bed. I have some work to do yet. I don't want to be stepping on you later when I go to bed."
Jackson: "No it's okay. I'll sleep on the ground."
I stood up and went towards the window to looked out... thinking of what to say or do.. Before I knew, Jackson walked up behind me, his hands wrapped around me.... *my heart dropped but I felt comfortable.....
Jackson suddenly coughed and pulled me to his side. I snapped out of my thoughts.
"Hey.." he said. "If it makes you uncomfortable, I can leave. It's not a big deal."
I quickly interrupted him "Actually.. I was thinking.. we could share the bed.. if that's okay with you.. I know we'll just keep arguing and get no where.. soo how about we share..?"
Jackson smiled and said, "Oh, of course. If that's ok with you. Yeah. okay. How about we share."
Me: "Yes, that's fine but you sleep first. I still need to finish up some things for my job so you rest okay. I'll sleep in a bit."
Jackson: "Okay, don't work too hard.. and If later I hog the bed when you come to bed, just wake me up to move over ok?" Jackson smiled.
I couldn't help but smile every time this man of mine smile.. "Of course," I said.
Jackson continued to smile and quickly kissed gave me a kiss wishing me goodnight and got into bed.
My heart beating fast... as if he could hear it as well..
I smiled and turned towards my computer to work.
Trying to be productive.. I couldn't focus on anything... truth being told.. I finished most of my things already.. I just didn't know how to get in bed at the same time as Jackson.. I needed a distraction to think... Hmm.. maybe I'll pre-plan the week after this week...? Just to get ahead...
I glanced over at the time...
"OMG..." I thought.. only 15 minutes has past...
"Is he sleeping.....yet?" I asked myself. I wanted to turn around to look at him but was too embarrassed..... What if I turn around and he's still awake and he looks at me.. what am I going to do?...
Don't look back. I decided.. Just keep working.....
I continued to type away, not looking back at Jackson laying on the bed.
I glanced again over at the time.
**** Another 15 minutes went by..
"Okay, I thought. well that's about 30 minutes.. he should be resting by now" I thought. If he's not and when I turn around, it'll give me an excuse to tell him to go to bed.
I turned around to see that Jackson was sleeping.. his eyes closed..
"Aw.. " I thought to myself.. "He looks so cute sleeping soundly..."
"Okay... time to go to sleep now that he's sleeping."
"Ding Ding Ding..." ***Laptop shuts off***
"OMG! Why did that make such a sound.. Did I wake him?" I glanced over at him.. Jackson still sleeping.
Thankfully that didn't wake him up...
I walked towards the door to shut off the light.
"Flick." **Lights shuts off**
I quietly walked back towards the bed... then walked back again towards the door....
OMG.. this is really happening.. We'll be sharing a bed... tonight.. I couldn't help but feel nervous... -- I kept thinking to myself as I pace the little way from the bed towards the door...
"Stop Ori!" I finally thought to myself.
Like you said to yourself.. couples spend the night together all the time. It's going to be fine!!!! This is reality!
I stopped pacing and walked towards Jackson who's sleeping in the bed.. again looking so cute as he sleeps.
I couldn't help but smile at him as my eyes adjusted to see his face structure in the dark.....
I love this man... so much..... I closed my eyes and leaned in towards him in attempt to give him a soft kiss...
Next I knew, one of Jackson's hands were on my waist, as the other pulled my face towards him as we shared a passionate kiss in this dark room.
"Jackson..." I gasp.
