Chen Xu arrived at the control center and asked, "What happened?"
The duty officer Zheng Ma stood up and said, "The cloned body has returned."
Chen Xu was somewhat surprised. He had sent the cloned body to that cave over a month ago and had heard nothing since. He thought the plan had failed. Unexpectedly, it had actually returned.
"Where is he?"
Zheng Ma replied, "When we found him, he had suffered serious injuries and could not be saved, he's already dead. However, the bio-intelligence brain was successfully recovered."

Chen Xu frowned slightly. It seemed likely, he'd been discovered, but he'd need to see the recording to know the specifics.
He asked, "Has the data from the bio-brain been extracted?"

"Send it to my computer," Chen Xu said. The data on the intelligent life forms of this planet was important, but there was no rush. He could wait until the evening to review it.
