Seven Seas, Three Sects.
In a special sea region situated within the cracks of the Three Sects' influences lies an extremely isolated island.
The island is not large in scope, and it is particularly barren atop it, devoid of any trace of life, not even a wild beast in sight.
Yet today, this secluded island has gathered quite a number of people, all of whom are weighty figures from within the Three Sects.
These experts of the Three Sects stood in distinctly separate groups surrounding an ancient tree that had utterly withered.
Referred to as an ancient tree, in reality, only the roots remained, bereft of any signs of life or fluctuations in aura, deathly stagnant and completely lifeless.
Nevertheless, the people of the Three Sects in attendance viewed these roots with considerable wariness, not daring to approach too closely.
