After Roshigumi disbanded, Kondo formed the Shinsengumi together with Hijikata, and Okita was entrusted with the position of captain of the first unit.

Okita Souji is a historical woman (nasuverse) and she looks similar to King Arthur. A beautiful girl with a mid-teen appearance, wearing fashionable Japanese clothes. Fate / Grand Order: Guda-Guda Honnouji
Okita Souji, along with Oda Nobunaga, travel from their world to ours, while chasing a strange creature that resembles Nobu, called Mini-Nobu. After Romani reported that a Singularity collided with Chaldea, that was the source of Mini-Nobu's appearance. Okita and Nobu join forces with Chaldea to destroy the source of the creature. Arriving at Singularity, Okita tells the Chaldean group about how the Holy Grail in her world got out of control due to being tampered with by strange technology. Later, Okita and the others investigate Musashibou Sessai and Imagawa Yoshitsune with Mini-Nobu's army, which Nobu suspects brainwashed the Servants. Okita suspects that the Servants have acquired several unnecessary factors during the summoning process. Agreeing to carry out a night attack on Sessai and Yoshitsune's forces, Okita decides to become bait of the soldiers so the others can ambush them. However, her illness made Matsudaira Arash aware of the group's presence. Even though she and the others defeated Arash, they decided to retreat as he prepared his Noble Phantasm.
Later, Okita and the others met Takeda Darius and Sanada Medusa, and after defeating them, they massacred and defeated Uesugi Altria. After Romani reports that a particle has contaminated the Servants' Saint Graph, the group meets Shimazu Setanta, Chousokabe Emichika, and Mori Medinari. After she recovered, Okita and the others headed towards "Osaka". During the journey, it is revealed that the Singularity would not have been created if Nobu did not try to turn the Holy Grail into a bomb. After arriving in "Osaka", the group met and defeated Toyotomi Gilyoshi, Takenaka Andersen, and Kuroda Mephisto. However, after defeating them, Okita and the others are betrayed by Nobu when she uses the teapot's transformed core from the Grail that Kuroda left behind to restore her strength. Nobu then reveals that she plans to use the Grail to take over the Singularity. Another Nobu appears and reveals that Nobu who came with us to "Osaka" is a con artist. Deciding to call the con artist "Bad Nobu" and the original "Good Nobu", Okita and the others fight Bad Nobu and defeat her. With that, Singularity begins to crumble, Okita says thanks and goodbye to us.
Fate / Koha-Ace: Teito Sehai Kitan
When Akiha and Kohaku were attacked by one of the Third Reich agents (the group that created the Heroic Spirit Soldier, aka Pseudo-Servant), Akiha told Kohaku to summon a Servant. Initially he wanted to summon Altria, but because the battle was interrupted, he accidentally summoned another saberface, Okita. Okita managed to beat pseudo-Cu with ease.
Akiha and Kohaku arrived safely in Tokyo, but in front of the mansion there was someone waiting for them claiming to be named "Ryouma". He attacked Akiha and forced Kohaku to order Okita round. Kohaku actually ordered Okita to fight with "Ryouma". The two of them exchanged slashes and Okita realized the style used by her enemy, Jigen-ryu. Because the fight was deemed nil, "Ryouma" was ordered to withdraw.
Okita's scene continues when she receives a note from Ciel about the weakness of the Berserker (Mori) armor, which turns out to be Nazi technology. Okita fights Mori alone and tells Li not to interfere. Using her NP, Okita managed to destroy the core of the armor and beat Mori instantly. Nobu was the only hope, she realized it and made a plan. Lightless, Three-Stage Thrust (無 明 三 段 突 き む み ょ う さ ん だ ん づ き, Mumyō Sandan-dzuki) is a technique used by the outstanding genius swordsman( or Swordswoman? ), Okita Souji.
