The Heavenly Mandate Star has no mountains or rivers, only the endless projection of stars. From a bird's-eye view, the Heavenly Mandate Star resembles a splendid crystal ball.
Inside this crystal ball, numerous sentient souls are struggling.
These sentient souls are the Heavenly Souls of people still living in the mortal world.
And those souls like layers of atmosphere are the Heavenly Souls of the dead.
The living can sense their own Heavenly Souls, as they are located on the Heavenly Mandate Star, and thus they can faintly perceive their own destiny.
