I am considered an adult now and I can my own properties and visit bars and caverns and parks and artillery shops and such. I can even learn how to make explosives and all if I join the Spirit Engeneer Association.
Hehe.
Anyways. I took a bus ride to the Eastsea Academy because compulsory education calls for my presence.
Registering myself as a student was easy. One just needed to be a Soul Master and should possess a graduation certificate to prove that he had passed an Elementary Academy.
I had failed on my second year on purpose so that I can have the qualifications to join the Eastsea Academy when I graduated from the Red Mountain Academy. If I graduated without the Soul Master level, then I would not have been able to attend the Eastsea Academy because they have a requirement that I didn't meet.
If I didn't do that then with my Blue Silver Grass, I had to go to some random Academy as Elementary and Intermediate Education is compulsory to all. What a law.
And that would have impacted a lot of my decisions and I would have to kill more. I want to, I mean, it's not like I want to just mindlessly kill humans, the risk wouldn't meet the rewards and with the loss of my memories, I don't see a past reason to hate them at the moment.
All the hate, just a little bit, that I have for them is gained in here and after coming to this world. Inequality, bullies, discrimination and poverty.
Returning to the topic, I am getting side tracked and nearly spoke of my plans. My bad.
Wulin and his gang had already spread their name in the past year. The class Zero was something that every second year was bragging about.
The school even had printed huge posters of them and their fights from the Soul division individual and group competitions from the Skysea Alliance tournament on the walls and buses and all.
There's even a brochure, I have one in my hand right now.
These must have been the reasons why in the story, Class Zero disappeared from the eyes of public after that tournament. The novel didn't do them justice. The school become rich. Many businessmen and aristocrats were sending their sons and daughters along with donations to the academy and that's precisely why Class Zero was being funded with all the facilities that they get.

I collected my uniform and student ID and went to the dorms. I had came to the Eastsea City earlier than the reporting time. Classes will start 10 days later. Fortunately the dorms had enough empty rooms.
The unfortunate thing was that I am automatically allocated to the class 5, the trash one. Even if I was a Soul Master when I graduated, the amount I took to become one was one year more than others and everyone in the class 5 were Soul Masters and they are a year younger than me.
Calculating all this, I am at the bottom of my class.
Classes will start 10 days later though. I have ten days. There's a lot I can do in that time.
Hahahhahahahahhahahahahaa
That was the sound of some student falling down the stairs. That wasn't me.

Wanna hear something funny? They caught the perpetrators of the Glorybound City massacre.
More than 15 innocent criminals have already been suspected, caught and dealt with. The Officers announced it as a group plan done by a mysterious gang and there was no need to worry about the emergence of any new Evil Soul Master.
Honestly speaking, I didn't want to become a part of their 'mysterious gang'.
I wonder where they caught those people from.
*Sigh*
For the past ten days I was testing the earlier mentioned Half Energy body theory and I got positive results for my tests. I ate more than 4 kg of food while using the Soul skill. It was tough but I persevered.
But do you know the biggest rip-off? Enhanced digestion was not a passive skill but an active one.
I need to keep it activated while I eat.
What's the point of an active soul skill that raises digestion?
And I vomited everything out an hour later when my soul power ran out and the skill ended.
I halved the amount of food the next day and meh. Ate the food. Used the skill. I feel full, nothing else. I continued experimenting with my diet for the next few days and the positive result was test 5, day 7. I ate a small amount of food and then I ate another small amount of food 8 hours later.
I continued this for the next three days and I didn't feel hunger, my body gained some healthy weight and I don't need to bath or shit or pee or breathe.
The food was completely digested, absorbed and assimilated, and it increased my Soul Power quantity.
The increase was minimal. It was 3 minutes of my meditation. If I didn't notice it carefully then I wouldn't even know about the increase. Turns out my hardwork on determining my soul power being a percent faster than others actually helped me in this situation.
The increase might be low but there was an increase. It at least gave me hope that I have a side booster for my cultivation.
Add the fact that I would be getting a better meditation method, my meditation speed is going to soar and so will my cultivation.
And the best part, it's just ten days and only 5 tests. There's a lot of time and a lot of findings to unveil and uncover.
Average humans are able to digest 90% of their food. The remaining 10% is flushed out. My soul skill increases the digestion by 40%, meaning that even if my initial digestion is 80% then my enhanced digestion would increase it by 32%, increasing the total to be 112% of digestion level . Twelve % more. This extra % should either be the increase in digestion speed or it could be the nutrition absorption that had increased and that in turn is aiding my cultivation.
I think that it was both.
There's a problem though. The soul energy, that's what everyone calls it before it becomes soul power, provided by my choice of food is not that great, if I were to put it honestly.
I would need to find other cultivation aiding alternatives to aide and double down on the effects of my enhanced digestion.
At least I have one alternative ready and also the main reason why I am here in the Eastsea Academy.
They had adaptive meditation chambers. Training there increases the meditation speed by 20% minimum. MINIMUM.
Twenty percent wasn't to be scoffed at. I will have a better meditation method that's around twice as fast compared to the previous one and now I have a 20% minimum increase on top of that and then the aide of my enhanced digestion and the 1% inherent passive boost of my Blue Silver Grass, I am pretty much three times faster than before.
What I needed three years, now it could be done in 1. That's the benefit of resources.
And even when I have money, I still won't brag that my resources could be more than the academy that is being funded by all sides.
Another thing to add. My Blue Silver Grass contains poison and its elasticity and maneuverability has also become faster. But I still don't have the poison vine skill. My cute snake spirit soul doesn't even have any kind of toxin or venom. It doesn't even have teeth actually. It's still a youngling.
I genuinely thought that Blue Silver Grass might not be normal actually and might be a mixed blood hybrid or something and hence had went to a teacher to get more in depth details and I was wrong.
My Blue Silver Grass being poisonous or more tough or stretchy is the affect of the spirit beast that formed my Spirit ring. Just like beast type martial soul affects the physique of people, spirit soul/spirit rings affects the martial soul, and defective and artificial it might be, my spirit soul still affects my martial soul.
That's a wonderful information to know after I randomly chose my spirit soul. The receptionist lady was truly kind to have insisted so many times to chose a better one.
Kind people are really disregarded a lot, aren't they?
The Teacher said that if I had chosen a plant or metal based spirit soul, I might have a decent passive upgrade but this works fine as well.
Metal is the way to go.
