Her inner demon is the manifestation of the will of the divine flesh. It wants to turn her into the true image of justice or become her and execute justice for her.
She was able to stave off those two outcomes for now, but she is already tired.
She said to herself, "This is it. I will go no further."
She has already made up her mind to remain at rank 4 forever. Things are already bad for her at rank 4. She can't imagine getting through ranks 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. Even if it is possible for her to get through them, she doesn't want to suffer anymore.
All she wants is to serve as a captain for the rest of her life in this town or any other place that needs her. And she hopes that when she dies, she will find peace in the kingdom of the god of justice.
With this thought on her mind, she fell asleep on her desk.
