Although the surveillance at the back door of the park was broken, the Urban Sky-eye Monitoring System on the main road outside the park was still functioning. Officer Armstrong had already considered that a woman trying to take away three children must have an accomplice or a car. Hence, the police station mobilized all the nearby Sky-eyes to screen all vehicles that appeared in that area during the time frame in question.
Eventually, they locked onto an ordinary van.
