The description of the poison in the 101 Primal Poison Tome only indicated its physical torture trait and time dilation, but perhaps this poison applied mental torture as well.
Amon gave the bandit lieutenant a dose that made the poison last ten minutes. From the bandit lieutenant's perspective, the experience lasted two months.
