With the Spacetime Disturbance stopping us from reaching our goal easily, our only way to get through that is by the Nightmare Cloud, a black cloud constantly reverberating with thunderous energies and spectral things surrounding it.
Apparently, its literally the only way we're getting there… The Spacetime Disturbance also seems to be rather strange, but right now, it feels like we don't have any other choice, and just wondering what it might be or who could be behind it won't solve our problems either way.
However, it seems too powerful and big to be caused by a person, therefore, it is probably a bizarre natural phenomenon, of the many of this strange, gigantic Realm.
Or so we hope…
"That Nightmare Cloud… How are those even formed?" my daughter asked.
"They're high concentrations of Nightmares, and these are enormous quantities of negative energy," explained Morpheus. "They are breeding grounds for Nightmareborns… Once we get inside, we'll be surely attacked."
