Tom quickly sent a message, as the occupier of Afghanistan, they had no valuable intelligence on Yuri.

No intelligence meant a problem, and it wasn't Gao Guang who thought so, it was Tom himself who said it.

For someone who had stirred up significant attention in Russia, the CIA couldn't possibly completely ignore him. This means even if the CIA lacked necessary interest in Yuri, they should at least have some basic files and data, as a minimum level of attention must be maintained—after all, Yuri might become an enemy of the United States someday or perhaps be useful to them.

But now when Tom wanted to find information about Yuri, he discovered that the CIA had no records at all, which left only two possibilities. One was that Yuri's security level was too high and even Tom couldn't access it, and the other was that the CIA simply didn't care about Yuri at all.

Despite the first possibility being incredibly unbelievable, it turned out to be the only answer.
