In a garden, where the sun was beaming down, red flowers were the main attraction. On first glance they'd appear to be simple roses but on closer inspection they had razor sharp teeth along the petals along with swaying side to side unnaturally.
Aurianna was in the garden, sitting on a couch leisurely all the while reading a book. She flipped page after page, an unconcerned expression on her face.
Next to her was Eva, who didn't share in her unconcernedness. She was gazing at her intently as she laid on a cloud.
"Aurianna I feel like you've been keeping something from me," Eva said, a hint of frustration in her voice.
"It's nothing important," Aurianna said with a swipe of her hand, her eyes not leaving her book.
"I see, but ever since you woke up it's like you're in deep thought and I can't even read your mind," Aurianna was so engrossed in her book that everything Eva was saying fell on deaf ears. All until she heard that her mind was unreadable.
