First princess Vara stopped at the end of a long corridor. There were large pillars lined up on one side leading out into an open training area where several Lamia warrior could seen honing their skills on the dummies. Their intense focus spoke much to their discipline.
They were in the royal palace now in Albion's capital of Xala, the structure of which Rune noticed was entire built anew. It wasn't like those other buildings that had priced together the ancient ruins like patchwork. There were elements from them incorporated into some of the structure work, but the palace was its own.
"We will part ways for a bit from this point," Vara said, turning back to face Rune's group. "There are rooms not far from here where you can stay. Xena will guide you to them."
"Thank you, princess Vara," Rune replied. "We wouldn't have made it here so quickly without you and captain Xena's guidance."
