Stepping out of the dark doorway, Alexander, followed by his throng of friends and the sect master possessing Gu Fang's body, entered a room made of stone.
Sigils on the walls started lighting up at Tian Kuo's arrival, as if welcoming him into their humble abode, and Tian Kuo shivered in disgust.
"I hate being down here. Let us make haste," he complained.
Alex chuckled, looking around the room to find what they were here for. But the room was barren of anything but them.
"Where are the demons? I can sense their presence in the room, but I can't see them," he asked, looking back at Tian Kuo.
The fox grimaced at him, still pissed that he had to unveil some of his secrets to someone as rude and roughshod as this young man. To him, it was a slap in the face that someone as young as him could even speak against him so casually.
