In the dense jungles of the South Continent, several dragon-man species had pitched their small tents and set up small fire lamps beside them. Near water sources in summer, there were many mosquitoes, and the heated blood of adult dragon-men meant that the insects would not bite their skin. However, it was a different story for the newly born little dragon men.
To prevent the little dragon men from being covered in bites, the dragon-men would light special fire lamps to drive away the mosquitoes.
Rafael walked through the encampments in the jungle. Many dragon-men greeted her with a bow, while not a few regarded her with cold eyes—they were all followers of her brothers, but Rafael didn't care about their gaze since her brothers were still lying on the ground, motionless.
