You would think that after saying my goodbyes and flying off into the distance that I would just use Kai Kai to instantly arrive on Namek, but you would be wrong. I fully intended on riding out the entire trip to Namek.
Why even bother with a space ship when I have Kai Kai? Because it's a spaceship and it's mine goddamnit!
After eight years of non-stop training with Cooler and slaughtering Frieza Force soldiers, I've decided to lay back and relax for a bit. The flight to Namek would only take about three weeks thanks to how close Cooler was to the star system already.
The events of canon won't take place until a few years from now, so the universe won't end if I take a damn break for a few weeks.
Besides, even Saiyans need rest from time to time.
Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty, that's the Turtle Hermit way!
Granted, I wasn't apart of their school, and I probably never will be, but it was still a good mantra to live by.
Now that I think about, I wonder if Kakarot would still find his way to Roshi in this timeline...
Canon wouldn't officially start until age 749. It was currently age 746, so I have 3 more years, and even then, that's just the events of Dragon Ball. I decided a long time ago to not even bother interrupting the events of the original series.
There's literally no point.
With the timeline changes made by my actions, Gine and Bardock have already trained Kakarot to the point that everything in the original series would be trivial.
There's also the fact that fucking Tarble is there as well...
The only major change I can think of is that Tarble joins them on their crusade, Kakarot actually knows what marriage is by the time Chi-Chi rolls around, and that Bulma gets her wish for the perfect boyfriend.
Or was her wish about strawberries?
I can't really remember what was her original wish anymore...
Eh, doesn't really matter. Doesn't affect me either way.
There was also the possibility of one of the adults joining them, possibly Gine given how much she worries, but I doubt they would do anything more than shadow them. Nothing on the planet was a threat to them, so Kakarot and Tarble were completely safe.
I think...
Could be possible that I butterfly effected some things...
The Saiyan Saga was complete fucked up by my actions since all the members of Team Black, now known as the Onyx Squadron, were now under Cooler, and they knew that all the members of their family were now currently living on Earth.
As far as I'm aware, Vegeta, Raditz, and Broly were still together, but Turles had gotten his own special assignment form Cooler and ended forming his own team called the Crusher Squadron.
If events were still playing out for the characters canon, that special assignment probably had something to do with the Tree of Might.
I don't really know, I never asked. If he found it, or ran into trouble, I know that he would reach out. We all still regularly keep in touch, but it was more of the Saiyan definition of "regularly", which meant that our last communication was about two months ago.
Still, they were all safe, and Turles was still searching for whatever it is he's searching for.
Dear God, if Turles finds a seed, I'm gonna abuse that damn tree...
The Cell Saga was the only thing that could realistically prove a threat to me currently, but it is decades away, and even that was only a "threat" to me if I let it play out and didn't transform.
If I'm remembering correctly, I should be strong enough to take on Cell in his Imperfect and Semi-Perfect forms, and that was most likely in just my base form. The only threat that Cell could pose to me is if he achieved his Perfect From, and even then, my Super Saiyan transformation was more than enough to drastically push my power over his.
And again, I'm not planning on letting him get anywhere near that far into his plans.
It was a shame too. I actually quite liked Cell in terms of Dragon Ball villains. He was quite an entertaining and interesting character. But there was not really any point in trying to reason with him, so I have no choice but to put him down before he became a threat.
It was better than letting him absorb 17 and 18 just so that he could mindlessly posture around for Gohan to reach Super Saiyan 2 and ultimately kill him.
Although, I actually may have to let that happen, now that I think about it...
There's a chance 17 and 18 would go down the path of their alternate timeline selves if all the factors aren't met. There was a considerable amount of external factors at play with them.
Cell, 16, and even the Z Fighters all played rolls into changing the two of them for the better.
...I could also just kill them...
My infatuation with 18 isn't really much of a reason to try and keep them around. The two are just... very minor in terms of the overarching story.
Sure, 17 was a crucial element in the Tournament of Power, but we have Bardock, Broly and Turles to take his and 18's spot in the tournament. Hell, even Cooler is a possible candidate now.
Even if one or two of them didn't want to participate, I can just grab Piccolo, make him orange, and just bring Frieza back as originally told in the story. I just have to kill him immediately after the Tournament before he could go off and achieve his Black Frieza form.
Actually... Can I kill a person who's already dead? Should I just let Whis revive him and then kill him...?
I guess I'll just have to cross that bridge when I get to it.
The Buu Saga isn't that much of a problem.
I have a plan to end that particular arc before it even began. Plus, by then, I would be leagues stronger than Good Buu. I'm already stronger than Goku was at that time, I just don't have Super Saiyan 3.
But I will.
Mastering Super Saiyan 2 made the first level of Super Saiyan basically obsolete. If I can master Super Saiyan 3, I can I'll have an even greater baseline of power.
Vegeta pushed Super Saiyan 2 so far that he was equal and even eclipsed Goku whilst in Super Saiyan 3.
If Goku had actually tried to master Super Saiyan 3 and push it to its limits, he would've been far superior to Vegeta. Still wouldn't have been a threat to Beerus, and the god forms basically make the previous Super Saiyan forms unnecessary, but it still would've been good to master it.
Plus, it's my personal favorite in terms of actual canon transformations, so I'm a little biased.
But moving on, all of that isn't even accounting for the power of Super Saiyan 4 or any of the God forms.
Christ, I don't even know if Super Saiyan 4 is even possible...
I'm just basing this off the fact that Turles and Cooler are both in this universe when they are non-canon. There was also the fact that Yamoshi and Cumber were supposedly also apart of this timeline.
If they are, and are still somewhere in the afterlife, those two would be a very interesting duo to spend my time with...
One of them is my grandfather...
But all of these plans and assumptions are events far into the future. Which basically means it's future me's problem, so I can just lay down and relax for a change until I get to Namek.
After all, I still have to ponder my other two wishes.
