But why did they manage to hook a person?
The fish hook snagged the diver, catching the clothing on the back of the person. The person snagged by the hook was trying to break free.
Perhaps it was because the clothing was of such good quality, or for some other reason, or maybe it was Fang Hao pulling on the other end, but the person couldn't get the hook off.
Instead, the more they struggled, the more firmly they became ensnared.
They meant to pull out a dagger to cut the line, but they were pulled so sharply that they lost grip of the dagger just as it was drawn, dropping it to the sea floor, out of reach.
Without the dagger, they had nothing to cut the fishing line with, and were subsequently pulled up.
They were a frogman.
The infiltration this time was for a special mission.
