Reaching into her bag, she pulled out an invitation and handed it to him.
"Actually," she started, holding the invitation out, "I wanted to invite you to a charity gala I'm involved in. If you have the time, you should come."
Sun Liqin took the invitation with a curious look, his grin returning as he glanced at the card.
"A charity gala, huh? Sounds interesting. I'll definitely try to make it if I can."
