Chapter 331 - Fans?

"Before the Hero Association comes in and tries to help us with setting up the other branches in the different cities. We have to move first so they don't have too many places to interfere with." His words got her even more excited.

'As expected of my partner, he noticed it too.' Fubuki smiled satisfied with herself for seeing his potential.

"So, do you want to leave the scouting of locations to me? I can certainly take care of that." She asked leaning forward.

"No, I'll do that. But, I have an important job for you." Adam said drawing her in further.

Half an hour later, Adam got ready to leave with Grayfia, and on the way out he stopped by the counter.

There Fubuki and Lily stood in white pants and a shirt with a logo on the breast pocket. The logo was bright red with the name of the shop etched in the middle with golden letters.

"I am counting on you, Partner." He smiled at Fubuki and left the shop.

"…So, we really are like workers?" Lily muttered.

"We are just temporarily filling in for him. You heard it. He is tackling an important task, so we must focus on supporting him. That's how partnerships work." Fubuki said crossing her arms. There wasn't a shadow of doubt on her face, after all, Adam did give the green light to her other plans. So, they were still on equal grounds.

"After he is done selecting the locations our job begins. The Blizzard Group will be the only one who will work with him side by side." Her green eyes lit up at the prosperous future that waited for them.

"Miss, can I get a refill on my chocolate milk?" Isamu asked sitting in the back corner, his eyes glued to the laptop screen.

"Yes sir, right away~!" Fubuki quickly poured premade chocolate milk into a glass cup and topped it with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and some almonds.

In a matter of seconds, the order arrived at Isamu's table. Seeing the complete order on his table before he could even say it, the kid's eyes lit up.

"Efficient, I like that." Isamu smiled at Fubuki.

"Naturally, since you are a regular I need to remember your personalized orders." She gave a graceful bow before making small talk with the kid.

Mountain Ape and Lily watched from the counter. Their brains couldn't help but think one thing.

'As expected of Fubuki-Sama, she is already a master at this!'

But their appreciation session would have to wait as four people entered the shop. They looked around the place with sharp eyes with phones in their hands.

"This looks like the right place?"

"Yeah, it should be. The name is the same as the post look even the logo." They talked among themselves before turning to the counter to take pictures of the menu.

"Hey, look at that waitress…"

"Is that for real?"

"Damn… isn't that…" The two men started to look towards Fubuki and their eyes nearly popped out.

'Well, it is normal for me to become the center of attention.' Fubuki turned to them after confirming that they were normal civilians. She didn't think that normal people also came here.

And she also felt like it was necessary to answer to the shining eyes of the fans who rushed towards her. Being a famous hero could be a chore, but not for her, as this was an important part of the process. Something she expected. But, something she didn't expect happened.

"Child emperor!"

"Can I have your autograph?"

"My nephew is a big fan!" Before she could speak they ran past her and gathered around Isamu who enjoyed his chocolate milk.

"Yes, sure." Isamu smiled handling the fans with expert efficiency while Fubuki had become a statue.

'No, I am still Rank B. Compared to Rank S I lack a lot of exposure so this is normal. But, make no mistake… I'll have that level of fame in no time.' Fubuki clenched her fists as the Rank S heroes these guys ignored her for will one day work for her. And that day was already on the horizon.

As the fans left Isamu alone to place their order, she went to his table again and spoke in a hushed tone.

"Would it be safe for normal people to eat this?" Seeing them order enthusiastically she feared that something might happen to them. After all the ice cream had supernatural effects, and civilians had much more fragile bodies compared to heroes.

'If something happens to them it will reflect on our brand. What should I do about this?' Fubuki bit her nails as Isamu laughed.

"You don't have to worry about that. The products in this area are for the civilians. It has the taste, not the buff." Isamu smiled as the plan had been set in motion. What surprised him was the fact that Adam didn't tell her about this.

"Then what about the main product?" Fubuki asked and Isamu got off the seat with a smile.

'He must've forgotten. After all, there is so much more to do.' He led her to a door in the corner, and the words written on it were enough to make her understand things.

Hero's Corner

'A separate area for civilians and the heroes... That is perfect.' Since they aimed for high-ranking heroes the chance of the fans disturbing them in the shop was high. To prevent that they had to separate the two sides, she even planned on making a proposal regarding this tonight.

But, he already had this implemented. Speedy execution that she didn't expect, but good foresight nonetheless.

"The heroes will use this side. So, those items are now behind this counter. You'll need to split the people between these places." Isamu said walking into the room and taking his seat in the far corner.

Following after him, Fubuki found an identical shop to the one behind. It was a spitting image of the normal shop area, from the counter to the tables to the lights, everything. But, this part of their shop was more important than the previous one. This was where the magic happened. At least this was in her head. The real magic was happening somewhere else.

"Fubuki-sama there is a huge line outside! Please help!" Lily came in sweating.

Peeking through the door they saw the crowd through the glass door, all the tables inside filled up in a blink. Seeing this Isamu laughed. He had made a secret food blogger account a while back for research, and it was still active that's where he found popular ice cream spots. Making a post on that account about this shop was something Isamu proposed, and Adam agreed.

'And since they saw me sitting there, it became another form of publicity. Now the taste will grip them by the neck.' Isamu chuckled as sweat rolled down Fubuki's forehead.

This crowd was unexpected, but showing a sorry side wasn't in her books. No matter what situation life threw at them, the Blizzard Group would prevail. This time wouldn't be any different.

"Lily, call for two of the free members. Tell Mountain Ape to set up a board outside about '1 person 1 order' I'll handle the serving with my abilities in the meantime." She strode into the filled shop with confident steps and stood behind the counter to deal with the customers.

Using her psychic abilities to take orders, make them, serve them, receive payment, and retrieve the dishes at once she showed the true meaning of multitasking. The show itself pleased the audience as the experience was worth it, and the taste became another hook. The only problem was that they couldn't order more.

That day more posts about the shop Heavenly started to go live on SNS and drew in more curious masses. All while the Blizzard Group worked hard to keep up with demands. The line didn't seem to shorten in any way. But now, it has become more manageable.

'The others have come, I can now return to the Hero's side. That's where the real deals will happen.'
