Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The reason mother Try to kill me

**Episode 3: The reason mother tried to kill me**

*"When someone drinks Hellgaru's blood, they become something else. A vessel of chaos. A beast consumed by hunger. During the night, they lose themselves to the blood's call. And by morning... they remember nothing."*

The night Mu Gang first drank the blood of the stone, nothing happened—at least on the surface. His body lay still, unconscious. But inside him, something had awakened.

When morning came, he woke up with a strange emptiness in his chest. His thoughts were foggy, and his skin felt cold. The memory of drinking the blood was gone, like a dream he couldn't grasp.

Still, he carried on with his day. School was quiet. He laughed with friends, even joked about the strange rock he had taken home. No one suspected anything. He didn't either.

That night, everything changed.

At exactly 12:03 AM, Mu Gang's body jerked awake. His eyes slowly opened, glowing faintly in the dark.

His chest tightened. His stomach growled, but it wasn't ordinary hunger. It was **a craving**—an unbearable, violent hunger that clawed at his insides.

He stumbled into the kitchen, hypnotized, and began tearing open the fridge.

Raw meat. Leftover chicken. Half-frozen beef.

He devoured it all, hands trembling, eyes wide with madness. Blood smeared across his lips. But it wasn't enough.

Then—

**A small voice behind him.**

"Brother...? What are you doing...?"

His little sister, Ah Jinha, stood in the doorway, rubbing her sleepy eyes.

Mu Gang turned to face her—his mouth red, his fingers dripping.

"Run..." he whispered. "I... I can't stop..."

But the voice in his mind was louder now. **The voice of the stone.**

> "FEED."

He lunged.

Her scream echoed through the night.

---

**Moments later.**

Mu Taki jolted awake.

She sniffed the air. Blood?

She rushed to Mu Gang's room.

There, in the dim light—**she saw the nightmare.**

Her son, Mu Gang, hunched over her daughter's lifeless body, **eating**.

Tears and blood smeared his face. His expression was twisted—**a mixture of sorrow and madness**.

"Mother... I don't want to eat her," he sobbed. "I know she's my sister... but I can't resist."

Mu Taki fell to her knees, screaming. "My daughter... what have you done!?"

Mu Chang stormed in, grabbing a hammer, thinking it was a home invasion.

But what he saw froze him.

"WHAT IS THIS!?"

Mu Gang raised his blood-soaked hands, crying, "Father, please! I didn't mean to—please forgive me!"

But the truth was already there, splattered on the walls.

With a roar of grief, Mu Chang struck his son across the head.

Mu Gang collapsed.

---

Hours passed. They tied him to the bed with belts and ropes.

Their daughter's body was buried beneath the cold soil in the yard.

In silence, the parents made a decision.

"We have to end this," Mu Chang said bitterly. "He's not our son anymore. He's a monster. We'll kill him... and then ourselves."

"But... he's still our baby," Mu Taki cried. "Maybe our daughter is still alive. Maybe this is just a nightmare..."

They wept.

And they waited.

---

Mu Gang slowly opened his eyes.

His head throbbed. His wrists ached.

Then he saw them—his parents standing over him, each holding a knife.

"Please don't kill me!" he begged. "Let me leave! I'll never come back—I swear!"

Mu Taki trembled. Mu Chang lowered his blade.

"Go," they said. "Just go... and never return."

Mu Gang stood up. But just as he turned toward the door—

The hunger returned.

"Actually... why should I leave without a final meal?"

His smile curved.

He lunged once more.

---

**That night**, the screams of Mu Taki and Mu Chang were swallowed by the silence of dawn.

Their final thoughts were of family—**of love, of memories, and what could have been**.

When morning came, Mu Gang collapsed beside their bodies, unconscious.

The sun rose.

He awoke hours later in a hospital bed, whispering through cracked lips:

> "My mother... she tried to kill me... I didn't do anything... why...?"

And so, the world would never know what really happened.
