Seeing Bell Collins's enthusiasm for counterfeit goods, Bella Scott suddenly remembered how Tina Hernandez had pursued Edward Anderson in the same way back then.
"What are you thinking about? Focus on driving!" Edward noticed Bella drifting off and reminded her.
Bella regained her focus and casually asked, "What have you been up to recently?"
"Negotiating a collaboration project. If my intuition is correct, good things will happen soon."
Edward's answer made Bell laugh out loud, "Come on, really? You? Negotiating a collaboration project?"
He just knew how to loaf around all day long and never take anything seriously. Though she had no idea what he had been doing lately, she didn't believe Edward was up to anything productive.
Edward intentionally ignored Bell, took out a gift box, and put it beside Bella. "I bought this as a present for you while I was on a business trip. Open it when you get home."
