Upon hearing this, Grant only wanted to laugh. "Sacrifice myself for Bella? Chelsea, are you out of your mind?"
He just happened to stand up for her, nothing more.
Besides, all he wanted now was to develop a good relationship with Kallie. If things went well, he would introduce Kallie to the Ray family.
As for Bella Scott, he didn't care at all. He had no need to waste time and energy on a woman who had another man in her heart.
"I understand Mr. Ray's thoughts. Bella has Edward Anderson in her heart, and he's dead. Grant knows he can't compete with Edward, so he forces himself to let go of his feelings." Chelsea explained her reasoning.
Whether her guess was accurate or not, it was an indisputable fact that Grant had feelings for Bella.
At the very least, Bella meant more to him than Kallie, and she was confident about that.
