Enna Clark was still engaging in a stare-down with Bobby when the phone in her bag rang.
"Woman, your phone is ringing," Bobby taunted her. "Aren't you going to check it? What if it's Dubious Man calling?"
Enna opened her bag, grabbed the phone, and quickly answered the call as soon as she saw the Caller ID. "Hello, Olivia? You're going home first? What do you mean? Aren't you with Young Master Sinclair? Hmm? Alright, I'll come find you when I get back."
Tobias Clark heard the name Olivia Lewis and pretended to be nonchalant, but his ears were perked up, eavesdropping. But he didn't hear anything concrete, and once Enna put down her phone, he immediately asked, "Was that Auntie Olivia on the phone? What's wrong with her?"
"Nothing's wrong. She just called to let us know that she won't be going back with us and wants to rest up a bit first."
Enna wasn't foolish enough to truly believe Olivia's claim that nothing was wrong.
