Originally, it was planned to be named "Anti-Barrel Man," but with two Barrel Men still on board, and it sounded too much like "Rice Bucket Man," so Yu Liang, following that comic book, named the ship "Anti-Cross."
"How much do you know about the surrounding seas? Where is the nearest island inhabited by Barrel Men?" Yu Liang inquired of Ma Debang and Sister Hua, who should be quite familiar with this region.
