Upon further reflection, Kanihime seemed to have said something similar last week:
"I think we could be good friends, I sense a very familiar scent on you."
Last time, Kamiyagawa had assumed that the "familiar scent" referred to the aura of Takamagahara.
But now that both Munakata mentioned it specifically, and the fact that the kanmusu Anzhai Maru carrying the third Munakata material was also possibly attracted to him, could it be because of this as well?
"Kanihime, what kind of scent do I have on me?"
Kamiyagawa grasped the fleeting inspiration in his thoughts, turned his head, and looked towards Kanihime, who was silently standing by.
