Chapter 4467 - Revised: Chapter 352 Study of Cats and Dogs (63)

Aisha and Betty's body types were quite similar. Although the color of their pupils and appearances were different, from the back, they both looked like very ordinary little girls.

If looking only at the back and using something to cover up a bit, it would be impossible to tell who was who. So using Aisha as a substitute for Betty to lure Malafax in was feasible.

As for convincing Ron that Aisha could ensure his safety, it was simple. Aisha grinned at Ron, and the unguarded Ron froze for two seconds.

This was the power of Parallax. As the source of fear emotions across the cosmos, as long as you have the emotion of fear, you cannot escape Aisha's control. This was just with normal effort; if she went all out, Ron's painful memories would likely replay.

"I have only one question now," Ron asked Shiller as they walked out, "What the hell did Bruce Wayne mated with to produce her?"

"That's a long story," Shiller smiled again, "When you join the Justice League, you can ask him personally."

"Wayne is in the Justice League too?"

"Not entirely. Or rather, the Justice League hopes he isn't right now."

The two left the police station. The operation to deal with Malafax was a private one, not necessary to involve the police. Ron had them get into his car directly, and their destination was the Yudon family home.

No one was home at the Yudon family house, and it was far from town, making it the best place to deal with Malafax.

Coincidentally, Malafax must have discovered his partner's new form. Although this guy didn't understand the Bible, he could see it was a provocation.

Thinking back to seeing Shiller at Gotham University, he would definitely figure out it was Shiller's doing.

This kind of madman had no tolerance and didn't understand "small patience begets big schemes"; more often, driven by evil desires, he wanted to eliminate Shiller immediately.

But at the same time, they were also very cowardly. Malafax knew the real Martian Manhunter was at the police station, so he definitely wouldn't dare make trouble there. The only way to catch Shiller was to wait in ambush at the Yudon family home.

After all, even if Shiller were accused, he could be bailed out before going to court and would surely return to the Yudon family home for his car and belongings.

Expecting Malafax to keep an eye on the Yudon family home, Shiller had Ron park the car a bit farther away, and he walked there holding Aisha.

Shiller got out of the car, picked up Aisha who was dressed in Betty's clothes, and let her face bury in his shoulder, making it hard to see her face. Shiller walked towards the Yudon family house.

Although Shiller had no reason to bring Betty here, which anyone with a bit of reason could figure out with a little thought, Malafax wasn't much for reason.

After frequent failures in Metropolis and Gotham, finally coming to a superhero-less remote place, he failed to kidnap a little girl to torment his brother. His selected partner not only got killed but was publicly ridiculed by being displayed in the fields. The killer is nearby, yet he can't approach. He's probably already gone mad.

People controlled by evil desires are like that; they know there's no benefit, might even know it's a trap that could crush them, but they choose to go for the thrill anyway.

With the police force reduced, no police were around the Yudon family house, only some barricades. Shiller brazenly carried Aisha upstairs inside the Yudon family house.

Aisha sat with her back to the window while Shiller pretended to talk to her, actually watching movements near the window.

As expected, he felt the sense of being watched again. He gave Aisha a look.

Aisha, sensing a slight energy fluctuation, let out a silent scream in that direction.

This time, she didn't hold back. The fear energy materialized in the real world, circles of yellow light spread out. The figure appearing from nothingness was frozen in place.

"Ron!" Shiller shouted.

"Bang!"

A heavy punch landed on the face of the big bearded man in the middle of the room. Then, Ron, in his police uniform, grabbed his collar, staring into his eyes, which turned back to Martian red.

The silent battle went on tensely, Malafax, controlled by Aisha, couldn't resist the full-force attack from Ron. A few seconds later, he let out an astonishing scream and collapsed on the floor.

Ron also let out a breath, wiping the sweat from his brow nervously. He wasn't afraid of Malafax, but when using his psychic ability to subdue him, he had to constantly guard against the Rongmi Virus, the most dreadful weapon against Martians.

Thankfully, the plan went very smoothly. Malafax barely struggled before being taken down by Aisha and Ron together.

Ron glanced at Malafax lying on the ground, then at Shiller. After a few seconds of hesitation, he asked, "…Are you sure the Soviet Union can't slice up aliens?"

"We really don't do such things, sir," Shiller said earnestly to Ron, "Besides, he's your brother. It's up to you to decide what to do with him."

"In fact, I don't think I can do much to him," Ron shook his head, "Because of the virus, I can't have deep contact with him. And you guys obviously can't kill him. Even if you could, if his brainwaves escape, it would be a problem. So the best way is to lock him up. Maybe we can ask the Justice League."
