Seeing the Azura beam, the Kraken panicked and hurriedly tried to move away. However, it was too close to dodge the attack fully, so it had no choice but to sacrifice its tentacles.
The Kraken used its more than 50 tentacles to deflect the breath attack, successfully protecting its vital areas but losing nearly all of its tentacles in the process. As a result, it was left with only eight tentacles, which fuelled its anger.
The Kraken glared at the almost dead Leviathan with bloodshot eyes.
Just moments before, it had been on the verge of victory, but now it had barely survived the encounter, with its vitals still intact.
Although its wounds were regenerating, the attack had dealt a blow to its pride.

Kraken tried to catch Rihito with his still-healing tentacles but failed. The little bug was just too fast, and his current deplorable condition didn't help to make him angrier.
While dodging, Rihito covered his mouth in disgust. "Bruh, brush your teeth. Your breath stinks."
Rihito then launched the remaining two water lances inside the Kraken's mouth, piercing its mouth and brain and instantly killing it.

Although the baby was fine, the mother Leviathan was dying. If he didn't act quickly, she would be dead within a minute or two.
"What should I do?" he wondered out loud.
Faced with the dying Leviathan, he was torn between two choices. A part of him wanted to save her, but the cold, logical side argued that saving only the child would be much more convenient. He didn't know what to do now.

She felt relieved that she would be able to give birth to her baby without any complications.
Leviathan took one last glance in the direction where Rihito had departed. She didn't understand why such a powerful being had healed her, but she felt grateful and was ready to repay this favour if the opportunity presented itself. The Leviathan then entered her cave to rest; she felt that the time of birth was near.

Back at the beach
"It's all done!" Myu exclaimed excitedly as she saw the large, life-size sand castle they had just built. She then ran towards Shea, who was approaching from behind the castle to complete her part of the work.
Tohru, seeing the masterpiece they just made, nodded to herself in pride.
Yue and Tio also appeared from the other side, finishing their part of the work.
"It's complete! My sandcastle is finished," Myu excitedly cheered. She then grabbed Shea and Yue's hands and led them to explore the inside of the castle.
Hajime, with a small smile, watched the girls celebrating. He then looked at the sunset. "It's getting late; where is he…"
Hajime felt that something was amiss. He pulled out the donner and pointed it to his left at a certain point in the air.
"Stop playing around and come out already," Hajime said in an annoyed tone.
For a few seconds, there was no response, but just when Hajime was ready to pull the trigger, the expected response finally came.
"Your instincts have sharpened. I am proud." Rihito turned off his

"What do you think?" Rihito looked back at Hajime, who was rubbing his forehead.
"You know what, forget about it. Who knows, if I ask, you might say you wanted to catch a Leviathan as well?"
