All of this naturally stemmed from the gap between professional soldiers and two-year conscripts. The latter are the main composition of the regular army, while the former are battle-hardened veterans with rich combat experience. Although Little Tyrant's assault team had only a little over a hundred people, it included more than forty non-commissioned officers, over half of whom had served for more than eight years.
