Pablo had convinced the Admiral and others that there was a killer on the loose and he wouldn't stop until he killed all the soldiers he wanted.
In reality, Pablo was that killer but he couldn't say that for obvious reasons.
Anyway, after hearing Pablo's theory, Harlia asked Pablo how to catch this Killer.
And Pablo said that there was only one way to catch the killer.
"Tell the way then. We don't have time." Harlia ordered.
Pablo nodded. "It's simple. Only the first Marshal's soldiers had died till now. So it's safe to assume that the killer is targeting only his soldiers. So if all the first Marshal's soldiers remain in the open or together, then it's possible that they might catch the killer when he comes to kill."
"What if the killer never attacks and waits for the soldiers to split up?" Fozier asked.
