Somewhere on the outskirts of the corrupted city of Limsa, a mansion stood tall near the edge of the death ichor plaguing the streets.
Inside, Camille sat alone in a living room, trying to think of a way to contact her allies.
After the handler agreed to go with Netherius to prevent him from killing others, the necromancer took her to his current home and asked her to wait for him patiently.
The man even confiscated Camille's talisman, which protected her from the ichor's corruption. Fortunately, the inside of the mansion wasn't corrupted, so the handler was able to walk and breathe freely.
However, she couldn't even exit into the yard, as it was wholly covered in death's ichor, essentially locking her in the estate.
Camille still didn't comprehend why the necromancer was so infatuated with her, but it seemed like she could take advantage of the situation if she played along instead of defying him.
