As soon as I arrived on homeworld, I was picked up and had my face licked by Fianna before she yelled. "Apollo, I missed you so much! Take me with you to this Spartari. Together we can devour everything!"
I reached out and caressed the side of Fianna's face as I replied. "You know you can't do that darling. You have an important role in the Hive's ecosystem. I can't have you not fulfilling your role, it's not fair to the rest of the hive is it?"
A look overcame Fianna's four eyes as she began thinking of something. I recognised the contemplation of kidnapping me as I have seen it before so I acted fast, using the tactic that brought Fianna to me in the first place.
"How about we make a challenge that ends when I next come back?" I could physically see the intent from Fianna's face disappear as she was about to start sprinting with me under her arm like a piece of luggage. "What kind of challenge?"
