After leaving the office, Zhou Qiyue wandered around the hallway for a long time, lost in his thoughts, leaving him in a daze. When he came back to his senses, he realized that he had unknowingly arrived at the door of Yun Qianshu's room.
He stared at the door for a long time.
Then raised his hand and knocked.
No response from inside, which wasn't a surprise.
A few seconds later, he pushed the door open and entered.
Like usual, it was completely dark, with no light. It was nighttime now, leaving only the moonlight outside. Without the piercing daytime glare illuminating the darkness inside his heart, the cold moonlight was in fact much easier to accept.
