"Tianyou, shall we dance?"
Quan Tianyou raised an eyebrow at her and asked, "Liuying, you're giving me such a strange feeling today!"
"What's so strange about it? I just ate too much, and I can't fall asleep right away. Just dance with me to help digest the food!"
Su Liuying concealed the worry in her eyes and playfully pushed at Quan Tianyou's arm.
"Alright, as long as you want to dance, I'll keep you company. We can dance as many times as you like!"
Quan Tianyou picked out a CD and pressed the play button. A melodious dance tune wafted out. He walked over to Su Liuying, extended his hand, and said, "May I?"
"Yes!"
Su Liuying stood up, placed her hand in his, and his other hand wrapped around her waist, leading her slowly through the dance steps in time with the music.
She rested her head lightly against his chest, listening to his steady heartbeat, and tears involuntarily started flowing again.
