Melissa stood in Leo's office, her heart racing as she handed him the document. She had worked tirelessly on the project, and her dedication shone through in every detail. But as she awaited his approval, she noticed his gaze lingering on her, his eyes roving over her face and body in a way that made her skin crawl.
"Is everything okay, sir?" she asked, trying to hide her discomfort.
Leo looking ravishing as always, leaned back in his chair. "Oh, yes, Melissa. Everything's perfect. Your work is exceptional, as always." His voice dripped with sincerity.
Melissa instincts screamed at her to leave, but her professional pride kept her rooted. "Thank you, sir. I'm glad you're pleased."
As she turned to leave, his eyes locked onto hers, and he beckoned her closer. "Melissa,come here for a moment."
Her gut told her to refuse, but Leo's tone brooked no argument. She hesitated, her feet heavy with trepidation, as he rose from his chair and approached her.
His eyes burned with an intensity that made her skin crawl. "Your eyes are extremely beautiful, Melissa," he whispered, his breath hot against her face.
Melissa heart raced as he reached out and grasped her wrist, his grip like a vice. She tried to pull away, but he was too strong. Panic set in as he dragged her closer, his lips inches from hers.
Just as all hope seemed lost, the door burst open, and mathew, their colleague, walked in. "Everything okay in here?" He asked, her eyes scanning the scene with a sharp intensity.
Leo released her wrist, and she stumbled backward, gasping for air. "Yeah, everything's fine," she lied, trying to compose herself.
Mathews eyes narrowed. "I don't think so, Melissa. You look like you've seen a ghost."
"There is nothing here, and did I call I for you mathew, get out of my office for now", Leo said in a somehow harsh manner.
Mathew immediately took his leave before the boss gets more angry leaving Melissa and Leo alone.
Leo turns to Melissa who was standing all scared and all, he slowly walks to her and said while stroking her hair lightly,"do I scare you Melissa, don't be scared of me, you haven't even talked to me or asked me about what happened in the hotel, other girls would have asked what we were by now or trying to push me into a red with them, what are you Melissa, you don't seem interested in me".
"Sir we are at work and I am just trying to keep it professional here, and nothing more, besides we adults and can have sex anytime, you didn't force yourself on me or anything like that"Melissa said.
Leo sits on is chair still confused on what type of girl Melissa was, he just kept on staring at her, his body be wanting her more now.
After a few minutes of Melissa standing while Leo stares at her, she decides to speak out, " sir can I go back to my work" , without waiting for Leo's responds she just left the office.
Melissa gets to her office, sits down and let out a loud sigh, Mathew who was sitting close to her, hears that and turns to her.
"Girl what was all that, what happened with the boss" Mathew asked.
"Nothing just something about work that went wrong" Melissa says.
