The room was still filled with the clatter of wax seals and the hiss of parchment being unfurled.

The work of governement was never done, but Julius was making sure that the recently ressurected Carthaginian's got a headstart, and were prepared to fend for themselves until additional scribe and advisor reinforcements could be sent from the capital where new 'forces' were being trained.

Julius having lived the life of an office worker in his previous life was not averse to the piles of paperwork, but his work put all those in the court to shame, he could peruse a document in seconds and point out mistakes, or give suggestions on how it could be redone for greater efficiency.

Other times he'd just need to confirm the contents before signing it into existence.

As this dance of paperwork carried on, his mind turned back to the floating interface before him.
