Mr. Loo was first astonished, then fell into deep thought for a long while, and couldn't help but nod.
"Worth a try, worth a try. Manman, it's impressive that you came up with this," Mr. Loo exclaimed.
Lian Manman touched her forehead—the twist was one of the essences of the flush toilet, and it wasn't something she thought of, but the knowledge she remembered.
"What's inside this tank?" Mr. Loo inquired.
Lian Manman quickly explained to Mr. Loo the functions of the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, stopper, float ball, and lever among other components once more. These items were not new in this era, but no one had yet combined them for this purpose.
Mr. Loo, knowledgeable and broad-minded, was able to infer many things from Lian Manman's description.
"...this toilet and the small tank, I plan to use porcelain," Lian Manman added.
Flush toilets and water tanks required high craftsmanship and also had to be comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, so fine porcelain was chosen.
