"You had your time out today," Irwin said over dinner. Eisley nonchalantly shoved a mouthful of bread into her mouth, paying no attention to him. "Eisley?"
"I'm sorry, I didn't plan to fight okay? I—" she rolled her eyes.
BEFORE THE REUNION.
"Did you forget the school reunion we are having tomorrow?"
"What school reunion?" Eisley asked, yawning.
"Aurora didn't inform you. We have a school reunion tomorrow at school," she said.
"I can't. I don't feel so—"
"You have to come, Eisley. Remember Kimberly?" Robina asked.
"Is that Eisley?" Aurora said in the call background.
"Yes," Robina replied. Eisley let out a deep, weary sigh and reached for a tall, cool glass of water, the condensation beading on the outside as she lifted it to her lips.
"Eisley, you have to be there for the reunion, Remember Kimberly??"
"Yeah. The bully?"
