As he approached the planet, Sylas' thoughts re-focused themselves. He scanned the region with his eyes, but he honestly wasn't sure how much he would see with them alone.
What he was looking for was actually quite specific: Rune Formations.
Going from planet to planet sounded easy enough, but there were other things to consider. An established world like one ruled by the Sylphs had a decent chance of having a blanket detection Formation over everything.
The skill it took to deploy such a formation was actually quite high, and the odds that the Sylphs had a Rune Master with such skill was, ironically, very low. The reason Sylas felt that there were good odds such a formation existed here was twofold.
For one, there wasn't just one way of deploying such a formation. Sure, relying on a Rune Master made sense. But it was also just as valid to rely on a World Treasure of some sort—one that communicated with the Core of a World directly to coordinate and forge something like this.
