Blaze started by summoning 15 flame minions that looked like fiery structures holding blazing swords in their hands. they clashed with the slimes and the next scene was how the slimes were massacred in a one-sided battle. after 3 minutes, over 50 slime corpses were on the floor and Aiden already levelled up twice and since his Aion level is tied to his, Blaze also leveled up to level 3.
They continued walking forward with the flame minions surrounding them. Soon they came to the other side of the beach where the dungeon boss at level 10 was surrounded by over 100 level1-9 slimes.
When they got to the place, Blaze instantly cast over 30 fireballs that killed all slimes below level 7 and dropped the number by a lot. The rest of the slimes were dealt with by the flame minions although it took time. When the last slime died, the slime king finally started moving and he easily smashed through the flame minions like they were nothing. Even the fireball had minimal effects on it since it had a fire resistance skill which reduced fire damage by 10%. Blaze had no other choice and had to use his most powerful spell the flaming arrow which he infused with over 400 mp. The skill was able to reduce its hp by 85% but it was not enough to kill it. He had to use restoration to restore all his lost MP to cast another flaming arrow which killed it. After collecting all the drops in his system storage, Aiden left the dungeon already at level 6.
After coming out, Aiden left the dungeon since he can only enter the dungeon once in a day and since he already used the chance, he had to look for another way to level up since the Imperial Dragon Academy does not recruit students below level 20 and he had only 7 days before the start of the recruitment exam.
entering the awakened hall, Aiden saw a vast array of materials and skill books on neatly arranged shelves. He decided to sell the loots first and buy materials to make his second Aion as well as buy a dungeon card for an f-rank dungeon.
As he was checking the hall, a female attendant reached him and asked what he wanted to do. he told her he wanted to sell his loot and buy some equipment and skill books from the hall. the loot were quickly processed and he earned 10 thousand federation points. although it was not much, it was enough for him at the moment.
After the trade, he went on to select the materials for his next Aion. He considered making a melee-oriented one since his current one was magic-based. Although it could summon minions, they were not strong enough to fight against stronger opponents as seen in the slime dungeon. After rummaging through the shelf for over 30 minutes, he finally chose materials. They included a sword, two common rank skills Gale slash, and basic sword mastery.
