The name of the world did not take long to come to him, especially when the machine was fully thawed, and Finn could finally see the entirety of it. It had only taken a short while to recall the world he remembered the machine was from.
A world that Finn was very aware of. He could even vividly remember the grind on the games from that franchise.
Surprisingly, Finn had stopped having his normal panic at the new worlds that popped into his current one. He had come to accept them as his new reality, panicking would do him no good. He was calm now, as calm as master Oogway even.
The fact that the Moon could for some odd reason crash into earth but oh well, there was nothing Finn could do about that.
What did replace the panic was excitement at the new world being present to him, if he could not control whatever world was present in this new mix matched world, Finn would simply enjoy the Journey.
But what truly attracted Finn to this present new Legend of Zelda world was Its technology. The guardians, the teleporters, the shrines, the divine beasts, Finn was practically salivating at the possibilities, and the possibilities of the sheikah technology with their rune development only made it more desirable to him. Sheikah tech as he recalled it was called, was a mixture of Magic, runes, and technology that Finn would want to study, possibly even meet Purah.
If there was a world Finn wanted to visit, it was the Legend of Zelda world.
Finn's attraction to the world obviously had no relation at all to the princesses there….
And Finn Like any aspiring adventure was expectant at the present of a potential whole new world for exploration.
But that was all unimportant for the current Finn, all he needed to focus on for the moment was getting stronger, that was what would matter most in the current future.
The guardian Finn had managed to dismantle as well as several parts he had gotten from the Junkyard had resulted in Finn having a breakthrough of sorts.
This breakthrough had allowed Finn to make both the spider bots and the computer he had managed to build. A truly strange computer in Finn's conclusion. He even failed to fully understand how it was working.
For the parts from the guardian, other than its outer metallic compounds, Finn had kept most of it intact and stored. From the ancient screws to the mystical power core and to the even laser and computer parts within it. All safely dismantled and kept.
Finn had kept these parts safely for later use, the main reason for this was that Finn lacked a proper way to make use of any of these parts for the moment.
The guardian was 'coded 'in a language he could not understand, most probably the sheikah language. Finn believed it to be a combination of runes and other aspects he did not know, the power source somehow integrated a strange form of almost infinite energy, and the other component made little sense to him. This was a problem Finn had quickly faced.
That was how strange the Guardian was. Despite looking as banged up and damaged as it was, it's ancient core still powered it normally.
But it was not a problem that would last for long. The main problem that prevented Finn from moving forward with the guardian technology was mostly a lack of understanding on Finn's part. Once he was able to crack the strange sort of language the guardian was running on, it would only be a matter of time.
The guardians frame Finn did make use of it though, it was only after Finn realized the frame itself was severely damaged that he decided to strip it completely and repurpose it. Finn had been confused about how to effectively manage it until the Nomicon had brought a proper surprise to him.
Finn could manifest the blacksmith equipment and components into the real world by making use of the Nomicon as an anchor. Even better, the Nomicon had provided something that would continue to be of use even in the future.
It was called Ninja metal or ninja steel even, a material Finn realized formed the ninja weapons Finn had in storage. The Nomicon had explained to him how the metal was somehow created within the Nomicon and treated within the flames of the Teingu stored within, further enhancing its properties. Especially durability and its flame conduction properties.
And with a combination of this metal that Finn found out was quite easily moldable when put under the Teingu flames as well as the presence of the sheikah frame from the guardian, Finn had been able to make the frame for the spider bots. All with the help of the Nomicon, of course.
The other parts Finn acquired from the Junkpiles, such as the abandoned computer components as well as bodies of several robots and Moo's, had allowed Finn to make what he would describe as one of the strangest computers he had ever built in his life.
This had been a result of Finn making use of parts from the Moos robots and their equally strange internal parts.
The computer itself was a standard looking 2000 computer. It had a boxy, oversized monitor with a CRT-style screen that flickered occasionally, showing garbled, color-shifting pixels when it was turned on. The body itself was decorated with strange geometric patterns and bright, clashing colors, like an abstract piece of art. Finn found it interesting to look at.
The screen when turned on can display pixelated images, glitchy text, and bizarre visuals. This was what troubled Finn, but the fact that the computer still worked was what confused him.
The keyboard was an old mechanical design, but the keys were odd—some were oversized, others miniature, and a few even in strange shapes like clouds or bananas. Typing on it sounds like a chorus of rubbery, squishy noises. Finn was especially proud of it.
What made the computer even stranger was that despite its retro appearance, the computer was capable of processing vast amounts of information at lightning speeds. The computer also had an eccentric memory bank, storing vast amounts of knowledge, but Finn came to see that it was a bit unreliable. For example, the computer would suddenly forget an important file, but it would miraculously come back after a while!
This was all strange, simply because Finn himself had rebuilt the computer, gone through its coding severally and even improved its internal components with what he considered to be superior parts.
But the random glitching persisted and this all had troubled Finn, but he had ideas why the computer itself was behaving in such a way. Most of the parts that were of its components Finn had been able to acquire from the Moo's robots and had been transferred to the computer.
He had concluded that it was most probably the result of a sort of primitive A.I present within the programming of the computer. The fact that there was also a sort of encrypted File that he was still trying to decipher made him firmer in his conclusion.
This A.I was mostly annoying and passed no threat at all. Finn had a curiosity though on how it would progress if left as it was. But in his own conclusion, it would not go far without further external input.
The programing codes he had been able to understand from this robot made Finn feel that the creator of the Moo's was a true genius, a brilliant mind that Finn would ensure would not die due to some stupid jealousy of a rogue robot, it would be a waste. The fact that such a person existed in this strange apocalyptic world strangely made sense.
And Finn was also quite curious how the man had managed to create such storage life such as the different Moo robots. Another question that Finn had no answer for now.
In a way, they felt more magical than logical the more Finn investigated how they worked, and the suspicion that the creator of the more robots could have been more magical than was shown stayed in his mind.
'Maybe a technopath.' It would make sense.
But Finn had decided to limit the computer's capabilities for the moment, until he could understand whatever he was going to do with it. And having a rogue A.I wanting to kill him was not part of his plans.
He had only kept useful features like the one that allowed Finn to connect to this world's version of the internet as well as a video feed that connected to the spider bots. That was good enough for his current use.
The idea that the Nomicon was able to manifest certain things such as the blacksmith equipment into the physical world had brought an idea to him.
That he could somehow make something like never before. If Finn could combine the two, the Nomicon and the greatest computer ever, Finn had a though that he could touch upon something greater. And that sent a tingle down his spine.
