Even in the case of accidental pregnancies, the medics could just extract the embryos and nurture them in an Artificial Womb, without affecting the next day's training.
In some places, this behavior is even encouraged because serving in the army nowadays means 'paying debts'. Your life during service isn't the only thing that belongs to the military; even the offspring you produce are considered military property.
