"That little girl seems to be interested in you."
Xu Xiangyang had just sat down in the back seat of the car when he heard his wife say this beside him, causing him to break out in a cold sweat.
He quickly sat up straight, turned his head to look at her face, and saw her smooth, jade-like cheek bearing a faint smile, signifying that the woman was not angry but merely stating a fact, which made him breathe a sigh of relief.
"Really?"
Xu Xiangyang lay back relaxed, looking at the bustling cityscape flashing by the window.
"I don't think I'm that charming..."
He looked at himself in the rearview mirror, stroking the stubble on his chin.
Perhaps he was accustomed to it, but the man in the mirror didn't seem anything special, even compared to ten years earlier, where it was only a bit less of a green complexion; at least compared to the rapidly changing cityscape, he didn't feel that time had brought about much change in himself.
