Broken burst out of his room, footsteps quick against the deck as he rushed toward the control room. The tension in the air hit him instantly—Ronan, Mizuki, and SexyGrill were already gathered there, all turning to face him the moment he stepped in.
"The floating island?" he asked, breath caught halfway in anticipation.
"Come, look from here, King," Mizuki said, motioning him toward the telescope.
Broken stepped closer, eyes narrowing as he took position and adjusted the scope. He turned it carefully toward the coordinates… and then… Yes.
There it was.
The floating island!
It hung far above the sea, partially veiled in a soft curtain of clouds, its silhouette shifting slowly in the air like a forgotten dream. He stared, speechless for a moment.
It was real.
