Anastasia scanned the dimly lit club, her sharp eyes darting through the crowd. Mr. Russell had left his home two hours ago, so he had to be here somewhere. Her gaze settled on him near the bar, seated with a young woman in his arms. The girl's stiff posture and forced smile made it clear she was uncomfortable with his unwelcome advances.
