As soon as those words came out from Anastasia's lips, she felt a sharp sting against her face that made her cheeks numb. Blood painted her lips, as she clenched her fist to endure the pain.
"You're bound and kidnapped by me, and you still dare to talk to me like that?" He questioned, his hand on her chin and he forcefully lifted her face to look at him. "I can kill you right now if I wanted to!" He glared at her.
Instead of looking terrified, Anastasia smirked at him.
"The truth is always bitter and you can't seem to digest it. I don't even need to tell you anything because I'm sure you've seen how much my parents love each other, and gave birth to beautiful children as well. You're only seething in anger because deep down, you know you're incapable of giving my mother such a happy life!" Once again, Mr Wallace smacked Anastasia against the cheek.
Without warning, she spat her blood-coated saliva on his face and he recoiled on instinct.
