When he returned to the Winderline family estate, the first thing Rain did was to go to bed, not someone else's this time, but his own, and sleep for a couple of hours, regaining his strength for new accomplishments.
As soon as he opened his eyes, chasing away the laggards of sleep, he heard a tired sigh.
He was already feeling slightly uneasy about the system's silence, so he immediately asked.
"Is that you, Nari?"
[No, your other self. Who else but me has the right to speak in your head?]
Even saying this sarcastic remark, her usually upbeat and cheerful voice sounded tired.
"What happened? Did it have something to do with Gray?"
Rain was alone in the room, so he spoke to her freely, not holding back.
[Gray isn't the problem, but the Will of the World behind him is pretty pissed off right now.]
Nari gave another exhausted chuckle.
