Kalix Noah's POV
I look at my wife weirdly. Waiting for that favor that she wants to ask from me.
"In three days after the training ended, Silver will surely send an invitation to all of us, especially to me. It will be his 23rd birthday celebration. I have a feeling that he's plotting something," Kassandra stated.
I frowned. I know what kind of favor my wife will ask from me. "Kassandra, my love, I know where this conversation will go. My answer is a freaking NO."
"But I am not taking a NO for an answer, Noah," she asserts. I sighed and moved closer.
"Kassandra, you can be stubborn all the time but not this one. You need to follow me," I grunted, staring at her with a serious demeanor.
I know I won't be able to scare her, but I am taking a gamble when it comes to this matter. She gives me the same expression.
"You said it yourself. I'm stubborn. I'll be attending that party and make sure that I'll settle some score with that jerk," she growls.
